Project: European Pharma Supply for Ministry of Health (MOH)

• The Challenge: Moving climate-controlled pharmaceutical products from multiple European suppliers during peak season. The supply chain was fragmented, with communication gaps between factories, suppliers, and the consignee.
  
  
• The Deo Favente Solution: We established a unified, real-time communication channel for all stakeholders. By managing both Sea Lift and Airlift on an ad-hoc basis, we bypassed peak-season bottlenecks and ensured strict temperature-integrity.
  
  
• The Result: Critical medical supplies delivered exactly to MOH commitments.
