For the Ministry of State Audit Bureau, the infrastructure modification project wasn't just a logistics task—it was a high-stakes integration of engineering, finance, and global coordination.
The Challenge: Integrating a diverse fleet of Normal Containers, Open Tops, Oversized units, and Break-Bulk movements.
The hurdles were numerous:
1 .Complex Letter of Credit (LC) management with banking institutions.
2. Coordinating with Customs and Local Governance for special permits.
3. Bridging the gap between Italian suppliers and Kuwaiti authorities.
